When will I receive my licenses?
For 99% of orders, delivery occurs immediately after payment is credited. As soon as our system confirms receipt of funds, we will automatically send you an email with the activation code. When paying by card, this usually takes only a few seconds. For products in stock, the standard delivery time for a license via email is 1–5 minutes.
How quickly will I receive my purchased key?
For your security and convenience, we use a verified payment gateway. You can pay securely using the following payment methods:
Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Fast online bank transfers
Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do I need to have an account on Begamer.cz?
You can also make a purchase as a guest. However, we recommend registering—in your customer account, you get instant access to the history of all purchased keys and invoices, which you will appreciate if you lose the email with the code in the future.
Where can I find my activation key?
The key is sent to the email address you provided in the order. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders. Registered users can also find the key after logging into their account in the “My Licenses” section.
What does "Region Lock" mean?
Most of our products are intended for the EU region (Europe). This means the key can only be activated on accounts maintained in European countries. If a key is restricted to a different region, it is always stated in the product details and parameters.
Can I return a purchased game?
Due to the nature of digital content, it is only possible to withdraw from the purchase agreement until the moment the key has been delivered or displayed. Once the digital key is sent to your email, it cannot be returned because it is a one-time code that cannot be “invalidated.” This procedure is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods.
What if I bought a game that my PC cannot run?
Hardware requirements are always listed for most games. Before purchasing, please verify that your computer meets the minimum requirements. Incompatibility with your hardware is not a valid reason for a digital key claim.
Are your keys legal?
Yes. All keys on Begamer.cz come from official distributors and verified suppliers. We guarantee the functionality of every code and its permanent assignment to your gaming account.
