How to activate a digital key
Did you buy a game from us and receive an activation code in your email? Now there are just a few quick steps left before you can start playing. To activate your license, follow the instructions for your gaming platform.
Steam
The Steam app is required to activate the game. If you don’t have it yet, download it for free at https://store.steampowered.com/
- Launch the Steam app and log in to your account.
- Click on Games in the top menu.
- Select the Activate a Product on Steam… option.
- Click “Next”, confirm your agreement to the terms, and enter your key into the Product Code field.
- After confirmation, the game will be added to your library, where you can start downloading it.
EA app (formerly Origin)
The Origin / EA app is required to activate the game. If you don’t have it yet, download it for free at https://www.ea.com/ea-app
- Log in to the EA app.
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select the Redeem Code option.
- Enter the code from your email and confirm. The game will immediately appear in your Library.
Ubisoft Connect (uPlay)
The Ubisoft Connect app is required to activate the game. If you don’t have it yet, download it for free at https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/ubisoft-connect
- Launch the Ubisoft Connect app and log in.
- Click on the key icon (or the plus symbol in the library section) at the top of the window.
- Paste your activation code into the field.
- Click Activate. You will find the game ready for download in the Games tab.
Epic Games Store
The Epic Games Store app is required to activate the game. If you don’t have it yet, download it for free at https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/download
- Open the Epic Games Launcher.
- Click on your profile icon (your initials or name) in the top right corner.
- Select the Redeem Code item.
- Paste the key and confirm with the Redeem button. The game will appear in the Library section.
Xbox & Microsoft Store
To play on PC, the Xbox app is required; you can find it pre-installed in Windows, or download it at xbox.com/apps.
Activation on PC (Windows)
- Open the Microsoft Store app.
- Click on your profile icon at the top of the window.
- Select the Redeem code or gift cards item.
- Enter the 25-digit key and confirm.
Activation directly on the Xbox console
- Log in to the console with your Microsoft account.
- Open the Store app on the home screen.
- In the left menu (or under the “View” button), select the Redeem option.
- Enter the code and confirm the game installation.
Activation via web
- Go to the page redeem.microsoft.com.
- Log in and paste your code. The game will be automatically added to your library on both PC and console.
GOG.com
- Log in to the GOG.com website.
- At the bottom of the page (footer) in the “Support” section, click on Redeem a code.
- Paste the code and confirm. For convenient downloading, we recommend using the GOG Galaxy client.
Battle.net (Blizzard)
To activate the game on your computer, you must have the Battle.net app installed. If you don’t have it yet, you can download it for free HERE.
Activation process:
- Log in to your account in the Battle.net app.
- In the top menu (under the profile icon), select the Account option.
- Click the Add a Game Key button.
- Enter the activation code you received from us into the designated field and confirm with the Redeem Code button.
- The game will be immediately added to your library, from where you can start downloading it.
Rockstar Games (Social Club)
To activate Rockstar Games titles (e.g., Grand Theft Auto V or Red Dead Redemption 2), follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the official page HERE. If you don’t have an account yet, please register.
- After logging in, open the ACTIVATION page and enter your activation key.
- After successfully redeeming the code, you can download the game and start playing.
Tips for trouble-free activation:
- Watch out for typos: We recommend always copying and pasting the code (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V). If you are typing the code manually, be careful not to confuse zero (0) with the letter “O” or the number one (1) with an uppercase “I“.
- Region lock: Make sure your account is not set to a different region than the license you purchased.
- Client update: If the code fails to activate, try restarting the app (Steam, EA app, etc.) or updating it to the latest version.
